Happy 2013, Everyone!
We are all still alive despite what the Mayans said, and hopefully, more than ready to tackle the new year!
Here are my new year’s resolutions:
1. Workout Regularly & Eat Well– As often & as vegan as possible. I’m starting each morning out right with a freshly squeezed juice or smoothie, and also heading to the gym just about everyday! Good health equals a good state of mind, and a nicer body, too. Enough said.
2. Out with the Old & In with the New– I’ve got a couple of projects that need wrapping up before I start any new ones, so this is a *big* focus for me in 2013. No new hobbies at the moment, but writing and wine are are most certainly allowed!
3. Free Your Mind & Look to the Future– It’s easy to get bogged down by worries, attachments & the past. So, I’m taking only what I really think I need and leaving the rest behind. Join me and leave your unnecessary baggage back in 2012! Here’s to keeping that mind as clutter-free as possible in 2013!
That’s all! I’m keeping it simple this year. And I happen to think that’s all the more compelling.
